It would be helpful to let us know what issue you would like us to address in advance of your appointment. You can do this by email or text/WhatsApp or, for future appointments, include it in the Notes section of the Booking Form.
If you may be suffering from a viral infection, it may be advisable to rearrange your session.
You will receive a reminder nearer the time, but if you need to cancel or rearrange in the meantime, please could you give us no less than 24 hours' notice. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice we charge 50% of the original appointment fee as it can be very difficult to re-fill slots within this timeframe. We regret we charge the full appointment fee for any appointments missed where no notice is given.
