Unfortunately due to no shows costing us £500 last month! we have no choice but to request a deposit of 50%. If you cancel and give over the 48 hours notice this will be refunded in full. We will not hold your booking without a deposit of 50% which is payable within 24 hours of being booked.
This is not an action we wanted to take and we have not since 2018 increased our prices even though our overheads have increased significantly, unfortunately, this is something we cannot afford to lose each month as the centre has bills and we receive NO funding, and we have families to support.
Truly sorry and we are gutted to have to do this.
